Co-founder

Andrea is a Registered Dietitian and co-founder of Nourish Functional Nutrition in Great Falls, Montana. With a degree from Bastyr University and years of experience practicing dietetics since 2016. Andrea helps clients create realistic, personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans rooted in functional nutrition principles. She believes healing should always be holistic and individual because everyone has a different story; we are all unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all or “band-aid” approach, Andrea focuses on uncovering the root causes of health concerns and creating sustainable solutions that support long-term wellness.

Raised in a family-owned health food store in Kalispell, Montana, Andrea’s passion for wellness began early and continues to shape her approach today. She believes true wellness comes from looking at the whole picture - understanding each person’s unique history, habits, environment, and goals to build lasting change. Outside of her practice, she enjoys cooking, gardening, skiing, and spending time in the beautiful Montana mountains with her husband Wade and husky Primo - activities that keep her connected to nature and the balanced lifestyle she encourages for her clients.

Christina Skinner, RDN

Co-founder

Christina has been practicing nutrition as a Registered Dietitian since 2010, with experience across a variety of clinical settings. In 2018, she launched her private practice to create more flexibility with patient care—allowing her to move beyond rigid plans and focus on what truly works for each individual.

Over the years, her approach has evolved into a more root-cause, functional perspective. Her goal is focused on helping you understand your body, restore balance, and ultimately feel good in your day-to-day life.

She likes to incorporate a data-driven approach when appropriate, including advanced testing such as hormone assessments and gut health analysis, to help connect the dots and create a more personalized plan. No two people are the same, and your nutrition plan shouldn’t be either.

Christina especially loves working with women who feel like something is “off”—whether that’s energy, hormones, digestion, or metabolism—and are ready to take a deeper, more sustainable approach to their health.

Outside of work, you’ll find her chasing after her four kids, spending time at the ranch with my husband, and staying active whenever possible.
